Covenant Players International Repertory Christian Theater Company was founded in 1963 by playwright Charles M. Tanner. Mr. Tanner's well crafted plays involve the audience on a deeply personal level. The viewer identifies with the characters and their struggles. The emotions and conflicts are not only seen, they are felt. The dilemmas and decisions that confront the characters in the dramas also confront the viewers in the audience. As the audience feels the tension, experiences the emotion, and wrestles with the conflict, the impact increases. In the hearts and minds of the audience the Gospel "comes alive" and real in their lives! With a repertoire of hundreds of plays, you may choose a subject or theme that fits what you are concentrating on with your people.
